This interactive team challenge begins with 11 instruction cards, each containing specific tasks, constraints, and subtle clues. Teams must study the cards carefully, interpret the information accurately, and decide strategically where to begin.
Success depends on more than simply following instructions. Some details are obvious, while others are intentionally hidden—requiring sharp observation, critical thinking, and careful listening. Teams must communicate clearly, allocate roles effectively, and align their actions to achieve the final objective.

Inspired by the spirit of The Amazing Race, teams navigate real historical streets while relying on a GPT-powered AI Agent to decode clues, analyse information, and guide their next move. Success requires more than speed—it demands interpretation, judgment, collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
Participants must ask the right questions, filter AI-generated insights, validate information on the ground, and adapt quickly to changing conditions. The experience blends digital intelligence with human critical thinking in a real-world environment.

The XY Game is a powerful decision-making simulation built around a simple yet strategic premise: in 10 rounds, teams must choose between X or Y to maximise their total gain. While the rules appear straightforward, outcomes depend heavily on trust, prediction, negotiation, and strategic positioning.
Traditionally limited to only four teams, this experience often restricted group dynamics and competitive complexity. We have re-engineered the platform to host up to 10 teams (up to 100 participants), significantly amplifying interaction, alliance-building, and competitive strategy.
With more teams in play, the game introduces richer dynamics—shifting alliances, multi-party negotiations, reputation impact, and long-term consequence management. Participants must balance short-term wins with sustainable strategy while reading competitor behaviour in real time.
